Consultations are free
Work can be accepted from the client by phone or email
For large projects cost and time will be discussed and agreed with the client
All work carried out by virtually elite is proof-read, however final proof-reading lies with the client
Whilst we endeavor to provide an elite level of service, we do not accept liability or financial/business responsibility for any work produced by Virtually Elite. We do not accept responsibility for the success or failure of clients' businesses.
We reserve the right to reject any work
Payment Terms
Payments are to be made by bank transfer
Packages are billed on the last working day of each calendar month
Payments are due within 5 days from the date of the invoice
Overdue invoice may result in interest charges
Packages do not carry over from month-to-month and any additional or unused hours are charged at the agreed hourly rate
Any additional costs incurred will be invoiced separately to the client as expenses
In the event our services being terminated the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to that point at the agreed hourly rate
